Currently we have an opening for onsite maintenance / cleaning personal for a 120 suites Apartment Building located in St. James Area. Person must be able to live on-site and have strong communication skills. During employment your responsibilities will include but not limited to as follows:

General Duties:

• Must be able to perform minor maintenance for interior, exterior of the property and suite.
• Responsible for landscaping during the summer months which includes cutting grass, weeding the flowerbeds and daily garbage pickup.
• Shovel sidewalk in winter months.
• Maintain cleanliness for interior of the building, which includes vacuuming the common areas as needed, daily cleaning of the entrances, lobby, elevators and laundry and storage rooms.
• Clean vacant suite.
• Respond to emergency calls.
• Daily reporting to Managers.
